Not so clean or friendly Not so friendly front desk receptionist. Dirty building. Broken elevator.
No hot water in my room. Very disappointed.
Breakfast could be better
Overall the place is dirty at all times and makes me not want to touch anything in the room. Walls unclean, half the outlets weren’t working or even in place, the rooms nearby were so loud you could hear people in other rooms, there was a funny smell throughout the hotel, and the cleanest thing about the room itself was the bed. I’d have payed more happily if the price for the room was about half what it was, and stop if I was REALLY exhausted. Even then, not worth.
Upon arrival, the desk clerk made me wait about 10 minutes becuase he "just clocked in". The hotel was run down & needs updating. Gnats kept flying around in room & I couldnt find the source. No hair dryer, one tiny single use shampoo, no do not disturb sign, no phone charger outlets, very noisy. When I asked for a do not disturb sign the desk clerk said "if its about the maid coming in, they wont - they only come every week and a half & were just here". I reserved 1 room 2 beds and i got to the property around 1 in the morning and told me that the room wasn’t available and there was only 1 room with 1 bed, imagine me at that time with a new born wife and kids to go out and find another hotel, came all the way from massachussets so tired, wasn’t fair, never reserving again.

Paid $120 for 5 hours I booked my hotel around 8pm and I got here at 1:30am. The front desk attendant told me that I couldn’t get a room yet because the system was down. I already booked with my money and I still don’t have a room. This is a huge inconvenience to me and my significant other. I really would like to be reimbursed
