The property is fine and in a convenient location to shopping, eateries and the airport. I spoke to a woman right after making the reservation to request a ground floor room. I was told the housekeepers were not done cleaning all the rooms but that a note would be placed for my request. Upon check-in there were no ground floor rooms and no note of my request.

The carpet was completely soiled. There was an opened bar soap in the tub. Toothpaste on the walls. Sheets were dirty.

The room wasn’t cleaned at all. The sheets weren’t even changed, the bathroom sink still had hair in it, as well as the shower and the toilet. Let the front desk know and they really didn’t care at all.
