there was no toilet paper the sheet and pillows were dirt it was nothing like the pictures on the website that was totally wrong

not in texas This place was one step above a roach motel. room smelled, beds looked dirty. noisy outside. no aminities. was very disappointe. stayed in other extended stay (seattle) as was impressed. Not here.

Horrible experience I didn't stay at the hotel and never checked in. When I arrived, the rooms were not available so I asked to have the reservation cancelled. I was informed that I had to call Expedia to cancel the reservation. I called and was on hold for over 45 minutes. I didn't authorize any charge and will dispute any charge.

Called at 10pm to request a late check in arrive was after 2a but before 3a. ARMANDO said it was fine. Get there at 224a to check in. The front desk guy said it was no longer there i gave confirmation number showed him and told manager ROD that i had spoken about last check in. Showed the call on my call log. 8min call. Guy told his manager i was causing a scene and being rude telling his manager to tell me i couldnt stay there EVEN AFTER THEY PULLED THE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT AND SAID I COULD CHECK IN LATE!!
