It was located right off the highway it was in a safe area and the hotel was kept well

No refund for a night that was not used!!! I lost a $112.00 on my trip, I checked out a day early and the young lady at the desk confirmed that I was completely checked out. Before checking out I called hotels.com asking if I would be refunded and was told that I would be as long as I was checked out before check out time the day prior. The following day I receive a call about my 3 day stay,I told the manager that I checked out the previous day and he argued that I did not. The lock on the door didnt work so we had to prop a chair against the door. Other than that it was clean.
July 23-25, 2021 trip Hotel is very run down. The pull out couch was unusable. The couch bed had been broken before arrival. When we did get the couch to pull out into a bed, the mattress was stained and damaged. We reported it the front desk and they were very friendly and replaced with a roll away bed. The room ceiling also had a pervious leak and the spackle was falling off. The restroom shower curtain was barely hanging up by two small screws and had to tell my children to be careful not to pull it down. The room over al... read more

Non sustainable,Over priced hotel, Yet ok. No grab bag for breakfast as was listed when i booked. I was told mgr. Ordered it week ago but hadnt happen. Then why was it still on web as to go breakfast included.? This is one of 3 requirements i always have prior to booking. Also No recycling bins anywhere. Its 2021 get with the loss of environment people! The fridge sounded like a chainsaw, causing sleep deprivation.

Good for the price It was ok, the staff great, room was clean, feel run down, NO POOL, NO BREAKFAST even though its advertised. The A/C took a while to cool down the room. We left a day early, wanted a hotel with a pool.
The price was right. Didn't like that the kitchenette did not have anything in it - had to go to the desk. Didn't care for the AC located so close to the bed.
