This was a nice property for the price, especially during tourist season. The staff was very friendly at check in and checkout. The lobby was clean and very welcoming. We spent some time at the pool which I found to be a little cold but was still a grand time for all. I did wale up with a sore back both mornings from the bed. They we’re comfortable to fall asleep, but painful to wake up after a night of sleep. My room was dirty. Bathroom floor was dirty, had hair, bugs, and a leaking toilet. Carpet was very dirty. Wore socks and they turned brown. He had a musty smell. :(

Check in was good. The room though smelled musty upon entry into the room. The windows had mold in places. When i turned on the AC unit it also smelked moldy for a minute or two. The carpetting waa clearly old with some spots in it. But it was nice to have a small kitchen and big fridge. Walking distance to fred meyers and walgreens.

Large room with kitchenette and full sized fridge. Hardwood floors were nice but could have used a mopping. Staff at check in was very helpful, friendly and professional. Great stay.

When we arrived to check in we booked two rooms and only one room was ready. We had to wait until 6:00 pm to check into our second room. The grate on the heating/air conditioning unit was broken and laying on the floor. I feel we should have gotten a discount because we had to wait for our second room but the clerk said because we booked through Expedia there was nothing she could do. This is not acceptable.

Business trip This is not my usually hotel I stay at when in Fairbanks for work. I have never stayed at an Extend stays before. They do not clean there rooms each night of your stay. Which is fine, I prefer my room cleaned. Since I am paying to staying at a hotel. It was an okay stay nothing fantastic about the stay. As far as staff they were fine nothing to write home about. Very nice motel close to freeway. Very clean, and helpful staff. Very limited breakfast.
