When we arrived to check in we booked two rooms and only one room was ready. We had to wait until 6:00 pm to check into our second room. The grate on the heating/air conditioning unit was broken and laying on the floor. I feel we should have gotten a discount because we had to wait for our second room but the clerk said because we booked through Expedia there was nothing she could do. This is not acceptable.

Business trip This is not my usually hotel I stay at when in Fairbanks for work. I have never stayed at an Extend stays before. They do not clean there rooms each night of your stay. Which is fine, I prefer my room cleaned. Since I am paying to staying at a hotel. It was an okay stay nothing fantastic about the stay. As far as staff they were fine nothing to write home about. Very nice motel close to freeway. Very clean, and helpful staff. Very limited breakfast.

Breakfast Misleading title until u call hotel. Not really continental breakfast

Breakfast really wasn't much. I guess since it is an extended stay motel. My son and I were in Fairbanks one night and the motel worked out well

Dish TV without major news channels Do not expect to catch up on news via tv after your tourist day unless you watvh fox news. Don't believe the staff when they say it will be fixed soon I was there ten days. One dryer also out of order..eating up monry. Staff said there was a sign that went missing..and they would make a new sign. No sign appeared when I was there.

No coffeemaker,utensils,dishes,etc., in kitchen. Requested late check-out (got in very late Friday night, awaiting vehicle service on Saturday) but the morning clerks didn't read approval note, kept calling/asking us to check out - so we didn't get any rest. Hotel doesn't allow guest to pay for an extra half-day.
