The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, this is a pretty scary place to stay. The people staying here are doing drugs, drunk, loud, and doing all kinds of sketchy things. It also smells so bad.

Not worth your money Check-in was at 3pm. I arrived around 3:30p and my room wasn't ready until after 4pm. I booked a double queen bed and they tried to give me a room with a single bed because the room I booked wasn't ready. Not one single employee wore a mask.

It does not allow check-in between midnight and 1:30am because of the system maintenance. This is very inconvenient and bad experience for me.

No room Even after confirming that I would be coming in after 1am, when I got there they did not have a room for me resulting in trying to find a room at 2 in the morning and a second taxi charge.

First off the manager Bella was very accommodating as we had to change our departure day and she refunded us for the last night. Other than that, the property is definitely not one I’ll stay at again. There was garbage out right in front of the lobby in the trash can overflowing the entire time we were there. The room has a distinct foul odor, the bathroom curtain was barely attached to the wall, there was no ice machine in the entire hotel and they were doing construction in a room right down from us so we were hearing hamm... read more
