We checked out a couple hours after we checked in . We have stayed at this hotel several times in other rooms on other floors. The room we were rented this time Stank if urine , Stale cigarettes and cleaning products. The carpet was so gross it turned my white socks brown , the Bathroom was dirty , the curtain was coming off and the TV didn’t work. I was Extremely disappointed! It was so gross We couldn’t stay the night there.

Place was a dump. Four nights and they couldn’t even clean the room once. Toilet had constant issues and the breakfast was hardly a breakfast. I will not miss Fairbanks, Alaska.

Before we made the reservation, we called to verify that they had a pool, and were told yes, they did. We found out when we checked in that the pool was closed for renovations. Could have told us that on the phone. Room was reasonably clean, lobby and hallways were shabby.

The bathroom in my room was filthy and it smelled like old pee. There was yucky hairy green stuff behind the sink faucet. The tv wasn’t working. Kept having to turn it off and on per front desk to make it work. Really just a disappointing stay. Hallways had trash and old dirt in the corners. Looks nice from the outside.
