Our room was smelly (feet) and dirty, sticky floor. We found particles of food near bed (popcorn, fruit, spilled stuff). Non-apologetic woman gave us other room, in which smell (BO, feet and curry) was even worse. I cried, as we traveled over 15 hours to get to Fairbanks. We went back to first room and requested to get it clean. The same woman replied she will get to it when she is free. There was trash behind the nightstand. Holes in the curtains. The furniture was rickety; the desk and lamp were wobbly. The blankets were old and had holes. It was the only place with availability at the time, I now see why. The breakfast was a packet of oatmeal and granola bars. There were six channels on the TV, and they constantly went out. Internet was awful. Initially, my room reeked of fish. The staff was friendly though.

Unsanitary and filthy are very fitting for this hotel. Needles and a crack pipe were found in this hotel. Plus the room is extremely dirty. On top of ALL this, the bed was broken as if an 800 pound person had been sleeping on the one side. The kitchen has NOTHING in it so it is pointless to stay there for the purpose of a kitchenette. AND the pool is closed and has been for 2 years. They say it is COVID, but that is a joke. The breakfast is an absolute mess. Service Is lacking Check out was at 11 but at 10:30 we got a phone call about check out being at 11 and right after the phone call they cut all the water in the room. So we couldn’t wash our hands after going to the bathroom. And when we got to the front desk there was no body there until right at 11.

Disgusted It went downhill fast! Dog hair on the furniture, the sheet may have been 20 yrs old. Soo thin, could see thru it with fabric balls on it. No coffeemaker or anything for hot water for coffee or tea. Totally qasdisappointed n they took money from my acct before I even checked in! Besides, the cable tv didnt work all night!!

Very, very noisy!! The second night of my stay, I brought in a white noise machine but it didn't help. The prep before my stay seemed haphazard. One of the drawers was broken.
