Hallway was not clean, room wasn’t to clean, bathroom counter has sticky yellow stuff and wasn’t wiped under bathroom sink had blood stains room walls dirty asked house keeping for a new tissue box, response was I’m making other beds and walked away. I had to go out and buy Clorox wipes to wipe everything down. Never again

The bathtub had so many hairs and wasn't clean at all. The toile lid had poop on it and I had to clean it myself. The room smelled bad.The bathroom itself is in a poor condition. I tried to close the curtains since I was in a first floor with completely view from the parking lot, the curtains need fixing since they don't close completely and leave a big space between them, what can lead to strangers looking through our window (no privacy). First of all, this was the only place in Fairbanks that night that had any rooms.. they knew that and up’d the price to over $300 a night. That’s unethical and greedy. Staff was standard and the “grab and go” pathetic breakfast was coffee and a granola bar.. the hallway smelled like puke and kids where running up and down the hall being noisy. To make matters even more sub par, the room was musty and smelled like mold or water damage.. Definitely a place to avoid… rip off and the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at…

Disappointing stay!! Disturbing stay, staff is very unprofessional. The check in time was 3 PM but the room wasn’t ready even at 7PM when I reached there; finally I got my room at 9:15 PM 😞

Nope Didn’t have the room I booked so I was given two room. Happy I didn’t have the kids with me. Then they rented one of my rooms out and I had a stranger just walk right into my room. They need to figure it out.
