I showed up with a reservation, was told I didn’t have one and that I couldn’t check out a room. I made a second online reservation, and had to wait 30 minutes to check in for that room. I was given a room key and there were guests in the room!!! It took an hour and fifteen minutes before I got a room, and paid 3 times total! This was the worst hotel experience of my life overall.

No daily maid service, we had to exchange towels daily at the front desk.

On e of the mattress in the room needed to be replaced.

Room 223 carpet was soiled. Toilet was stained. When I checked in was informed no housekeeping. Room has kitchenette also informed no dishes no pots pans.

DO NOT STAY HERE Disgusting hotel. Very dirty, stained and sticky carpet, sloping floors, dirty toilets, old beds, bad wi-fi.

Total dump I got jumped on and attacked by a dog in the lobby and they didn't do anything. Didn't even ask the person to leave or put a leash on their dog or anything

Don't stay here This place is a total dump don't stay here at the front desk staff is a young guy who will try to talk to your kids. Very creepy
