Trash under bed dirty walls floor needs vacuum bathroom sink drains really slow and room smells like stuff had been spilled on the carpet

No hot water for shower. Room temperature too hot and could not be controlled.

We found two bed bugs alive in between sheet and comforter when going to sleep. So we immediately talked to front desk and canceled the stay in this hotel. Expedia is processing the refund affairs.

The location is so-so, the curve appear is deceiving and once you walk in the odor tells the story. The overall presentation is very undesirable. Towels and linens and dingy, carpets are dirty, radiator covers are hanging off. I wanted to just walk out but had come for a one night stay and only had a couple hours before my event. Will never use this franchise again.

Horrible place to stay.. not recommended.. the basin in room had water clogged when we checked in and had to wait a day to getting it fixed. The room were dirty.. No room service as the Room service only for people staying for week or more. Front desk staff very rude during checking

Not the worst hotel ever When I went to my room, the door was open and the bed rumpled. I inquired about fresh sheets and was told they could get to it the next morning (I was only staying one night). So I slept in my sleeping bag, which would have been ok, except the heat wouldn’t turn off, so I had to blast the AC to keep the room at about 75 degrees. The room was highly over priced for the condition of the facility. The staff was accommodating and tried to please but had an up hill battle. The room needed some serious, deep cleaning. They did put the heat on after we asked but the thermostat in the room didn't work so there was no adjusting. We would not recommend the hotel or stay in an Extended Stay Hotel again.
