The early evening desk front manager I believe names "Robert" permitted a guest to permit his screaming out of control child run u and down the corridor for 15 mins or so. I heard an altercation in a nearby room between another guest, Robert and the family in question. The screaming was so bad and allowed to continue for so long, that I almost called the Police, as I thought the child was in danger. Very badly dealt with by the front desk. Wouldn't stay again We stayed explicitly for the pools for the kids but it was closed, no breakfast as stated, sounded as though an elephant was above us, loud music half the night, loud noises, door closes extremely fast slamming my hand, freezing in room and no one would fix it, so we left early.

I went and checked in and was told I cannot stay there and they wouldn’t refund me.

Room was run down. Stove looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Base board heater looked mangled. No chair for the desk had to drag the recliner over
