Two rooms, one OK (single double bed), the other two double beds was dingy, dirty floors, sheets, surfaces. The pool was unclean, hallways poorly lite, the "Continental breakfast" was coffee and a nutrition bar, the front desk was unmanned during normal house (8 am to 5 pm). The double bed room had a nauseating smell. Compared with other places we have stayed at in the immediate area would rate a single star.

Dirty, bed was totally worn out, microwave didn’t work. Thermostat didn’t work and room was way too hot. Non smoking room wreaked of smoke.

Room was nice and updated except the TV needs improved. Biggest trouble was the smell of pot every day in the halls. We reported it to the front desk who mentioned it is difficult to diagnose where it is coming from, but said they would check into it. Nonetheless, the trouble persisted. Although there are "no smoking" signs, nothing was mentioned to us when we checked in - and with the degree of the problem - they need to draw attention to the issue at check in and the penalty should be removal from the property. Their was a stain on the floor near the bed, the toilet wasnt cleaned, my neighbor next door kept fighting all night.. I wish we got a bigger bed instead of a queen.

Staff didn't let us leave anything for people in town to pick up while we needed to leave town

Had to wait about an hour to check in. 1st room needed service, second room was hot, couldn’t turn the thermostat down or off.
