It was terrible had to immediately ask for toilet paper, the toilet had a leak, the fan in the bathroom was way too loud. It had an oder( looked like ppl opened up windows to smoke) I will not be staying there again.

Horrible experience The bathroom tub was still dirty there was hair in it, bed was extremely uncomfortable and local calls are $1.00 per call. The staff was unfriendly and never at the front s’est plus the extension of my reservation costs more than what hotels.com quoted me in the first place.

not clean - could not stay there I booked 2 rooms for our employees - they left and didn’t stay because the rooms where so gross. There was bugs and urine , the sheets and towels where dirty. Do not recommend.

I booked a three night stay and the room was dirty when I checked in, staff was unavailable to clean and no other rooms were apparently available. I bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room and bath myself. Not once during the stay did housekeeping visit. Terrible place only exacerbated by barking dogs throughout the nights. Avoid this property if possible.

False Advertisement There Site! False advertisement on kitchen utensils, coffee pot, pool, there was a glob of hair on my sheet, I told the housekeeper and they said; will do better next time! And also stated to me it would cost me $5.00 to change it. No shuttle van. I had a three day stay and was going to change rooms, but the rude front desk lady told me you have to check out first then come back at 3 pm. Poor Service Bad reviews are true! Rude receptionist, no coffee, no pool, hair on my sheets upon check in asked the rude maid, only response was will do better next time. On the kitchen counter there is a pamphlet stating there was coffee pot, kitchen utensils available at the front desk, I called and she rudely said we don’t have that stuff, the day after arriving I wanted to change rooms, as my horrible stay was three days the young lady rudely said, well you got to check out and come back at 3pm! on arriving we were told the pool was closed when we only booked this hotel yet someone told me that it was open when I called the week before and the front desk told me that it was close a month prior so that was an issue then when I get to my room my room is not what i requested the bed was super small but the lady at the front desk was nice enough to change our room so I came down to change the key and there was a creepy guy just staring at me in the middle of the hall when I told the front desk about this man she’s like ... read more

The pool had so much chlorine it, bleached 2 swimsuits and damaged my daughters hair.
