the room smelled moldy and the wifi did not work well. I mentioned this to the front desk clerk the next morning who apologized and said she'd mention it to the manager. Within minutes he was in the room, agreed with my concerns and had me moved to another room that did not smell, had great internet then refunded my charge for the first night. I travel a lot: this is highly unusual good service.

Convenient for a no frills short trip. Extremely friendly and staff. My suggestion is to have more food variety for breakfast and not the same type of gramola bar.

The plumbing in my bathroom didn't work...toilet was blocked up on my first use, while the bathroom sink took two days to drain after use...

For 1 I get in late rhe gaurd lete in I told him rhe reason I was there he send me back outside to call the front desk which i think was very dumb the agent had a stink attitude I had a room on the third floor the had to take the stairs with all my bags wasn't happy
