Overall decent hotel for the price. They accommodated side by side rooms which was great however we had to wait over an hour for our room. Pool area was decent but washrooms/change room not available.

Booked a queens bed with GF. Was given 2 full bed. And clerk keep insist that was an upgrade.

Maid service only once per week. Swimming pool not cleaned properly because there were leaves in the water.

Checked-in at night and found my room's TV and lights were on, the bathroom sink had recently been used, and one of the towels was still wet, which was strange. I thought maybe housecleaning, but it was too late for that. Employees using rooms for breaks? I was too tired to change rooms, and decided to just have the towels changed out in the morning.
