Very badly kept. Very bad service

The hotel room was not cleaned. Inside the refrigerator ,freezer and microwave was extremely dirty, the microwave didn’t work, it didn’t even have a plug. Place looked outdated and damaged, they must have a plumbing issue because whenever you flush the toilet or run the water you can hear a loud clanking noise.I turned on the faucet to rinse out my daughter sippy cup & all I saw was black dirty water running out the faucet. Can do better My room was infested with roaches it was not clean the microwave was rusted out very terrible experience

Had to wait in the front area for 20min to check in because a sign posted said the clerk was helping another guest and there was no one else to check in. Entered the room and the room had a very bad smell and there was a roach crawling on the wall. We did not stay and asked for a refund

This hotel is not safe for women! This hotel is not safe at all! I’m a solo female traveler that checked in around 6:30pm. I went to the room, shut and bolted the door, showered, watched a movie and went to bed around 11pm. I awoke at 1:40am to someone messing around with my lock, then they opened the door! Of course because of the lock, they could only open the door an inch or two. I yelled and the guy said “oh, I’m so sorry” and left. Of course, that was the end of the night for me. The rooms are outdated old damage furniture , bathroom need remodeling lots of stains on tile and damage walls. Good customer service but hotel is in bad shape

Think Twice Desk clerk had difficulty determining if there was a clean room available at 5:30 pm (check in 3:30) Room was a total disappointment. The carpet was filthy, sticky stuff all over the floor in the kitchenette that didn't have a coffee pot. Couldn't call the office to request the coffee pot because the telephone did not work. Walked to office and Donna told me that she would bring one to my room and never did. My room smelled like pesticide ugh I got a refund also when I arrived they said they was over booked so I guess that’s y they put me in any room
