Never received my refund My stay? It never happened the hotel was completely booked and we did not even stay we call and was told I would receive a refund 5-7 days and NOTHING I will never use your service ever and I’ll make sure my friends and family don’t either

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Musty smell as soon as you walk in. Air freshener didn't help. AC runs cold air only if you're right near the unit. No garbage can in the bathroom. The one can in the cabinet near the sink was infested with small bugs and cockroaches. Do not walk on the rug with bare feet or socks because your feet/socks will smell. Not worth the money. We left after seeing the room and went to a different hotel. Pay more to stay some where else. Our room was filthy, had not been cleaned, and there were stains everywhere. The common areas were also dirty.
