Double Booking Hotel Booked and paid for my room and they booked someone else. Money was taken from my credit card and have to wait a few days for credit?

Not as described Pictures did not look like the property they were of when the property first opened no longer looks that way ran down. Cleanliness was very poor private and body hair all over the bathroom none of the amenities were provided in the room. Cigarette burns in the sheets Said breakfast was included but in reality it was just coffee in the lobby.

Stay away from this hotel if you are traveling with kids. There is cockroach in the room. I'm still worried I might unintentionally carry few cockroach back to my home from luggage. Elevator floor not clean. No luggage trolley (first time seeing a hotel without a trolley), Location is good near to highway and next to Costco.
