El hotel no está mal, aún que la regadera estaba muy sucia. El personal que nos recibió fue amable, pero por una situación tuvimos que ver a la manager y fue una desagradable experiencia, muy prepotente, sin ganas de ayudar e incluso nos gritó, igualmente después de nosotros habló con otro huésped o y de igual manera la trato muy mal y le gritaba, creo que deberían de revisar Si su manager tiene la capacidad de serlo ya que es la persona que menos debería de tratar mal al huesped

The cleanliness
Short stay The hotel was clean but the management need to ensure that the guests dont continue hanging out in the lobby talking at the top of their voices and hanging out front at the hotel entrance lounging, drinking and smoking! Not a good look at all and a very uncomfortable feeling. That really lowers the class of the hotel. Management also needs to put more lights in the parking lot. Its much too dark and makes for a very uncomfortable feeling when coming in late.
Location is perfect and easy if you are you moving around by car. Easy to park also. Easy to drive to Sunrise Outlet village and Panthers NHL game, also to Fort Lauderdale downtown and beaches. Hotel and service was ok, nothing bad to say. Room was noisy, not by party but air cooler and fridge was noisy. Area was quiet. For us it was big plus that the hotel has their own laundry room with washing machine working by coins. We choose this hotel because of location and breakfast included. The breakfast was terrible. Bare bones. Just a cold looking room. No breakfast muffins and they run out before 8:00 am I wouldn't stay there again.
First the good : Lee at the front desk was very helpful. The room was very clean. Area surrounding hotel is nice. The not so good : hotel environment seems unsafe. People living at the hotel and smoking in halls. The tub was badly stained and water backed up. Hair and toe nail clippings in drain. Pool closed Appears seedy
