Checking In did not stay I made my reservation online. Once I arrived for check in, I was told to leave a $100 deposit plus my cost of room $87 giving her A total of $187. I have never heard of such a thing paying a deposit. She was not friendly about it So I cancelled and left went next door. The other Hotel they accommodated me with your prices. I was in town for my grandson christening/dedication I didn't have an extra $100 with me. I can't rate room I never made it pass the front desk.

Would not recommend There is a smell in the room, maybe from someone cooking something. Just a grab and go breakfast not hot breakfast as advertised.

Staff is good hotel is not! I drove from Wisconsin to Indiana for a tattoo convention. I had my wife and daughter with me and when we got there all of us were really tired. From the very first night it was bad. The room had a noise coming from the bathroom that made it nearly impossible to sleep. We made complaints to staff but there were no other rooms available. Less than pleasant. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the A.C. didn't work, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned.

Disappointed I booked this hotel for my parents for Sunday evening, as my father had a surgery early the next morning and they live an hour and a half away. When they got to the hotel, the elevators were broken. My father is having surgery on his knee and my mother has bad arthritis, so stairs are very difficult for them. Nasty hotel Extended stay America ineeds fort Wayne was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. First they overbooked the one I was supposed to stay . Thenot they send me all the way across town to what is the nastiest hotel I have ever walked into not to mention a broken elevator for the week with me staying on the third floor. No ice to be found in the building and not so much as even a plastic spoon to be found. Worst hotel ever This was the worst hotel that I have ever booked. Can't say that I stayed at because we left and checked into another hotel. The staff was very rude and wouldn't refund our money. We had to go buy Lysol and febreeze just to see if that would help. Sprayed everything down with Lysol and thought it would be ok until we saw stains on the bedding. Will never go back or recommend an Extended Stay.

Bad Experience We arrived at the hotel at approximately 6pm. We called to set a wake up call for 7am. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. We finally fall asleep around 3am and at 3:15am the fire alarm goes off and continues to go off for 5-10 minutes. Finally get back to sleep around 5am. We get a call at 730am telling us they do not offer wake up calls? Then why not tell us that the night before? Went for continental breakfast which consisted of coffee, oatmeal or muffins.
