Ghost town at front desk Nobody was at front desk

I reserved a room with a king bed and instead when I got there I got a room with two queen beds. When I told the staff he said it didn’t matter that I had a reservation and that was my only option. He claimed he never worked at that location but he has helped me there before. The tv in my room was slanted and had poor quality. Then when I went to take a shower the next morning there was no hot water. I have stayed at this location before and had a great experience but this last experience was so poor that I would not recomme... read more

The room smelled of must and mildew. You could not get into the shower without closing the bathroom door and barely missing the toilet. There was only a prepackaged muffin and coffee with powdered creamer for breakfast. The room was so narrow you could barley get the baggage cart into the room. The refrigerator was loud and annoying. The place is a dump and not inexpensive.

Very small room, cheap out of focus tv, room not cleaned on 8th day even after I reminded them. Fire alarm went off twice due water line break @ 2:30 am. Satellite connection keep dropping out and losing tv connection. Tried to get fresh towels and they were out.

You won't get any sleep Booked room for one night because of good price rate. That ended up being a mistake. When we checked into our room only two lights worked , called down to front desk they said look and see if they are plugged in they where not. If they know this is an issue they should check during cleaning. We had a room on the second floor. It was very noisy but I no children can get wound up at a hotel. But at 12:30 it was still a zoo. I did not enjoy my stay here. First, there were little hairs in my bedsheets and on my towels. There was a hair on the top towel on the sink. I counted five hairs in the sheets. Second, I’m a light sleeper. There is a small fridge in the room which I thought was convenient at first, but it made sounds throughout the night. Also, you can hear the people above you clearly. Very hard bed. Staff polite, but attire wasn’t professional. Grab and go breakfast was not good quality. Everything outdated
