The room was clean but we couldn’t pay cash at check in which was upsetting and the beds were very uncomfortable I will not choice this hotel again it just didn’t not fit what we thought it would

This place smelled dirty and like smoke. My room had an electrical outlet sticking out of the wall. Refrigerator handle plastic broken. The towel were like dollar general towels. They only cleaned once a week. Terrible bill never go there again.

I booked through hotels.com and it said the place was pet friendly... got there and told them I had a pet, they said they had no pet rooms and still no refund plus had to pay for a different hotel same night

The breakfast option is very limited, wasn't disclosed on the website. The mattress was very hard to sleep on.

Needs Improvement The rooms were not as advertised on the website there is no coffee pot or dishes in the room or cookware you have to go request anything that you want from the desk. The staff was not super helpful. Also the room wasn't that clean

Never again This hotel was awful! We had no hot water, there were no cups to drink out of, the “kitchen” sink didn’t turn on, the shower wouldn’t turn off. The people at the desk were rude. The way the room was arranged made it impossible to get ready. The hotel smelled horrible. We knew for $67 a night we weren’t getting top of the line but we did expect a basic level of comfort and the ability to at least wash our hands.
