Check in was good, the cleanliness of the room wasn't the greatest. The tub was not clean and the Kitchenette counter definitely needed repair, there was only 3 pillows which were small and not so comfortable.
The staff were helpful and responsive when I had a question or need.
Great location to services and TCU to Hotel great location. Could use some detailing
Staff was very nice, beds comfortable, soda and ice cream machine in laundry room, microwave didn’t work, had to go to Sonic for ice. No coffee in lobby, and no breakfast except for granola bars.
Starting at check in to checkout the service was awesome. The room was definitely better than expected.
