Good hotel to stay wirt The hotel is a good choice. Only reason it’s not great is because there wasn’t and grab and go breakfast as advertised and I seen 1 bug (not an ant) crawling in the sink. Besides that I had a good experience here.

Check in isn't till 3. However, due to my circumstances this wasn't business or pleasure but rather for a death. I was accommodated immediately and was able to check in early. I appreciated that.

Water logged Room was perfect. However I was woken at 1:30 am to water coming from the room above me.I contacted the front desk and she quickly made a call to manager to get me a new room. The next morning I was given a full refund. Great staff. They know how to take care of the customer.

Won't stay here again. 15 minutes prior to our check in time at a different hotel, we received notification that the reservation was canceled. Hotels.com customer service found us a different hotel, but failed to send the reservation to the new hotel. Come to find out, they canceled the second reservation as well.
