Water logged Room was perfect. However I was woken at 1:30 am to water coming from the room above me.I contacted the front desk and she quickly made a call to manager to get me a new room. The next morning I was given a full refund. Great staff. They know how to take care of the customer.

Won't stay here again. 15 minutes prior to our check in time at a different hotel, we received notification that the reservation was canceled. Hotels.com customer service found us a different hotel, but failed to send the reservation to the new hotel. Come to find out, they canceled the second reservation as well. Luckily we got help from Tammy at the front desk and she made sure we would have somewhere to stay. Over all the hotel was 'okay'. You could tell the rooms were not updated or maintenanced often. Could use an update The hotel is a bit outdated, but served the purpose for our stay there. We didn't have any issues per say, but the carpets were stained and I'm not certain the bed sheets had been laundered because they too had stains.
