No one at the check in desk upon arrival for over 10 minutes. Elevator dirty, phone in room dirty, flooring in the elevator area cracked and dirty. Leaking shower that couldn't be fixed as no maintenance workers are available on weekends so we were told.

Hotel was clean , bed was hard ! When I checked in I asked since they where pet friendly hotel do they have rooms , that has been pet free ! Like some hotels keep pets on certain floors ! Because if there’s Any fleas I get ate up by fleas !She said ok. But not the case I got multiple flea bites needless to say I am allergic to flea bites my arms and legs have big swollen bite on them ! My husband never gets bit he also got bit ! The lady a counter said oh sorry !But now a trip to the doctor!!!

Filthy and reeks of smoke This place is filthy and smells. The trash in the room had not been emptied and although it is a non-smoking hotel, the place reeked of smoke. The sink was dirty, the carpets not vacuumed and stained. The elevator floor was disgusting. The gentleman on duty was very nice and moved us to a new room and apologized. We chose the place because of the location and it had supposedly been remodeled. It is very close to my daughter's apartment.

We will never stay here again. Poor management!! Booked 2 rooms at Extended Stay America-Ft. Worth-City View. Booked through Expedia. Instead of booking online I called because the crew would not get there until early in the morning. Expedia agent stated that this was noted on reservation and everything was fine. Sucked Bed was uncomfortable; bed skirt had sticky crap down the side of it; floors were also sticky (super gross); pillows didn't help at all...couldn't even tell I was using one...used my arm as a pillow; shower faucet didn't turn completely off so it dripped the entire time; they don't clean your rooms so we had to go to the front to ask for more towels; and they shouldn't even say they have breakfast cause it's not!! Never again!!!

Rooms not ready We had requested things in advance, got to the hotel late and had to wait for what we had already requested.

Horrible I did not appreciate them not wanting to help accomodate my pregnant wife. The bathroom was leaking. Room smelled like cigarretes when it was a non smoking room. The neighbors dog would keep me up at night when i had to wake up early in the morning for work.
