Never even checked in asked hotels.comto cancel! I NEVER CHECKED INTO THIS HOTEL I CALLED THEY STARTED A NEW INCIDENTAL DEPOSOT POLICY WITH ME THAT DAY , THE DAY BEFORE I DIDNT PAY ONW AT AAME HOTEL I TOLD YOUR CUST AWRVICE REP I COULDKNT PAY WAA TOOLD NO DEP BY HOTEL SAME DAY I NEEDED CAMCELLED THE RESERVTAION GHE AGENT DID NIT CANCEL IT !!

checked room was decent. I put up a $100 cash deposit. Got up went to see complementary breakfast. grabbed 2 coffes for my wife and i and 2 instant oatmeals and 2 granola bars 2 empty cups cause they didn't have any bowls. So the clerk at the desk told me i better be grabbing stuff for other people and not just for myself. i went to check out had to call their office phone a lady answered asked what i wanted i told her i needed to check out she said just drop the key in the box and they would take care of it. Overwhelming cigarette smoke and no hot water Although the size room and cleanliness of the room was acceptable the gagging cigarettes smell kept me from sleeping all night. I turned the AC way down to try and control the smell but then it was too cold to sleep and the room had only one super thin sheet and one thin blanket. Finally there was no way to get hot water on the shower.

No frills stay! The location of this hotel is not ideal. The back side of the hotel borders a parking garage and bar which makes for a high noise level and unwanted taunting by intoxicated patrons. The room itself did not have a shower curtain nor was one available on property. The TV was missing cable cord and therefore unavailable. It is definitely a no frills property.

You get what you pay for: Way Outdated No basic amenities (ie no hair dryer, no shampoo/conditioner, etc),

My tv was busted. The front desk had no idea nor could they accommodate a change of tv or room. For the area I would just expect it to be a little nicer.
