Comfortable Stay was comfortable it's been awhile since I stayed in a extended stay since the last time wasn't good. But this time it was okay. I loved the location, close to shopping. It was on the outside of downtown so it was cool.

I have stayed at this property several times over the years. I stopped staying here, under previous ownership/management because the price was prohibitive. I was pleased to see the rate, thru Expedia, for this past weekend. WOW. things have changed. It was def conv to where all I needed to go for a family funeral weekend, HOWEVER, lower cost apparently means less quality and features. The property was back off the street so I drove past it as there was no sign that the driveway was to get to it. The room was dirty. Whoever had the room before had pets as there were bowls on the floor along with French fries under the table. We asked for room service and never got it. We had to ask for more towels which they did swap. The one bed didn't have an extra blanket. They advise breakfast but there isn't any. No coffee maker in the room or things for the kitchette.
