Perfect location with good conditions Perfect location with comfortable and basic set ups. Room for two with table and sitting chairs for comfort. Good lighting. Food and coffee ran out just a little early which was disappointing. Overall a good place to stay and we will do so again

It wasn’t as bad, as the reviews I read. The location is perfect for a concert in dickies arena, it was clean, the bathroom the water didn’t drain well.
This use to be a nice hotel but it has gone downhill. The first room didn’t have an Ac that worked but it was easy to change rooms. Second room had stained sheets, no tissues or plunger and limited outlets that worked. There were people “camping” out on the picnic table occasionally... with their dog, cat and all their stuff. Along with others just walking around. I did not feel safe at this hotel. My partner wouldn’t even let me walk from the office to the room alone. Move on There was little black beard hair all over the sink and vanity... I had cleaner and just cleaned the restroom. The second night I found someone's dirty sock behind the chair. The kitchen floor seemed not to have been cleaned. Will not stay again.
