Inexpensive but you get what you pay for. Bed not comfortable, toilet slow-flushing, and some questionable people hanging around the property. Not totally unsafe, and staff was friendly enough, but I'm not sure I'd risk staying here again.

Maybe it’s my fault for looking at too many photos on Expedia but I didn’t realize that this hotel was more of a drive up and park outside your room with external doors. In all my years traveling I’ve not ever made that mistake. My daughter and I were traveling alone and didn’t feel entirely safe at this hotel. I did end up blocking the door with a chair. It was clean but the lights didn’t work in our room, unless you walked over and physically plugged them in or turned the knobs. The switches in the walls were fake outs. Th... read more

Our heater broke while we were there it was freezing and the front desk closes early but overall It was what I paid for but Kam was great going over and beyond for us

Check in was easy. Personnel were extremely polite and helpful. Room was clean and close to the Stock Show. Loved it!!
One minor change needed but overall good! The night staff person was wonderful and sweet and very helpful. All the other staff were nice too! The only thing I would change is when the office is closed from 11 PM to 7 AM, please put a sign on the door with an arrow pointing to the right laundry to find the staff person. There was no arrow so I chose chose to walk down the side that had a nice sidewalk and it led me to a laundry that I did not know was just for guests. And I could not find the staff person. was convenient for where we had to go but the compactness of the room was disappointing

The location is great for the medical district & TCU. The rooms seemed dated. Our floors were sticky & felt grimey. The bathroom sink countertop looked dirty, but was stained in several place so it made it look that way. We had to ask for a coffee pot for our rooms, but didnt receive any coffee for it. Our room had a phone, yet didnt have the cord to connect to the wall jack so it could be of use. We had requested handicap-accessible rooms because of the bathrooms & yet weren't given such rooms.
