Needs Refurbishment & New Deposit Policy Accommodations are worse for wear & need refurbished. Biggest negative is $100 deposit that still shows up on my credit card a full week after checking out. I've called twice & was told it can take up to 10 days for a refund. Ridiculous & a needless hassle for a 2 day stay. On the plus side, front desk staff was friendly & helpful & it is very close to TCU which we were visiting.

Check in was quick and easy, and the staff was very nice. The only problem was that the room was very dirty, the tv picture had a blue tint to it, and there was no cooking utensils in the room, when we asked if we could have some they said they had “limited supply on those” and had none available. The location is great if you’re going to the zoo and the trinity river right behind it was nice to walk on the path. Lies about being smoke free There was a trashy appearance and even though it said they were smoke free, the place reeked of smoke. The place looked as though it was all about doing the minimum amount of effort. The main benefit was the location because it was where we needed to be.

Custo x benefício adequado O hotel é longe de Downtown, mas o transporte por aplicativo não é caro - US$10. Há bons restaurantes ao redor para todas as refeições. Há uma pista de corrida de 10milhas que passa ao lado do hotel! Não havia cafeteira no quarto, mas a recepção providenciou.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was a lot of confusion at check-in. I was given a room that was occupied. We found it occupied after carry over bags up stairs and attempting to enter the room. I then had to go back to reception and get another room. The process added 35-40 minutes to the check-in process. Also, the website states breakfast is included. Breakfast is actually coffee and wrapped granola bars. Not what I would consider breakfast.
