A better system of cleaning the rooms needs to be in place. There was no trash can in my room because someone had put in below the sink and it was completely full from the last guest. Staff was very short handed.

Nothing unique. It smells bad and it needs to be updated

Great place to stay An excellent stay. Up graded from last stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Absolutely no complaints or inconveniences
Great location Great location...lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Our room was in dire need of repair and upgrade. Linoleum, under the desk, was tore up and just had the feel of neglect. Room was fairly clean, found a used towel on the back of the bathroom door.

Trip to TCU It was okay got in late after 11pm but before midnight,check in person was really great,told us the front desk now closes at 11pm,now no water in the swimming pool,no ice machine in the building and no matress on the let out sofa bed that was very disappointing,but it was for just the night but everything else was great

Only 2 handicap parking slots. No bath or hand towels in bathroom, only 2 wash clothes. Light bulb missing from one bedside lamp.
