Receptionist checking in was very friendly but there was hardly anyone at the desk when walking by. We waited 5 minutes at early morning checkout, when no one appeared we left the keys on the counter and walked out. Room was well used by many. Bureau draws were broken, wire racks instead of a closet. Towels were thin and scratchy but you could trade in used towels at the desk for clean ones. The doors to get into the hotel were not the automatic sliding doors, and since I was traveling alone, it was hard to open the doors and pull my suitcase at the same time. Despite the entryway/front desk area smelling like weed and perfume, the rooms were clean. Customer service was good, they even called after I got to my room to ensure there were no problems. It’s definitely dated, but there was nothing wrong with the rooms. I was happy with the stay.

Bed, kitchen, and bath facilities were clean. However, carpet had spots, door to the bathroom needed to be wiped down, and the room decor (walls and curtains) just seemed overdue for cleaning.
