Cheap is as Cheap Does Construction of building does a poor job of muting noisy neighbors. Lots of people present who are poorly socialized in the concept of indoor voice. Bathroom clean, but had a strong mildew odor.

Good deal for the price! I was looking for something decent but fairly inexpensive for a 3-day stay and I found it! The staff was really friendly and helpful. My flight got into Baltimore late so by the time I picked up my rental car and made the hour drive to Frederick to check in, it was maybe 2:30 am. They offered to adjust my rate to take that into consideration even though I didn't even bring it up. Needs a thorough floor cleaning The room smelled like smoke. The kitchen counter configuration was weird where the sink was in the corner which left only small non issuable triangles of counter space on either side of the sink. The stairwell of the hotel smelled like smoke and the floors of the stairwell were filthy.

I have stayed here many times and for some reason they have decided to make you ask for kitchen items now instead of just stocking the kitchen. Since the desk clerks are always surly and slow, this is a mistake.
