poor customer service sheets on bed not launded, put in a smoking room even though requested non-smoking. Front desk clerk knew and said there were no non-smoking left. Reserved roomm 3 days before. Wet sheets in bed, never saw this before.

Lacking Service We had to stay here because of a power outage in our area. Shortly after we arrived we noticed that the toilet had no water and appeared to be clogged which was not of our doing. I called the front desk. She said I could come get the plunger if I wanted. I said I did not "want," and could they send the maintenance person up. This was only about 7:00 in the evening. I will never stay again I was very disappointed with my stay. To start off I booked with hotels.com but my credit card was requested at check-in. I confirmed at check-in that I wasn't going to be double charged. The elevator and hallway were not cleaned. Once I reached my room, a powdery substance was in both bed covers. I pulled back the covers on both beds and found a substantial amount of hair on the sheets. Because it was so late I couldn't get a refund or find another hotel to go to. Smoke, smoke, smoke! Horrible experience. Will never stay there again. Non-smoking room on 1st floor, surrounded by other non-smoking rooms where several rooms were smoking, making the whole floor smelled like a corner bar. Hotel management did give me another room at the other end of the hotel (at 2 AM) but did nothing to confront the smokers. Never again.

Cigarette Smoke The hotel smelled terribly. The cigarette smell throughout the hallways and the rooms was overwhelming. The only reason I did not leave is because we had 3 rooms and 8 people to move. The windows opened wide, so we stayed. There were full size refrigerators and freezers, but housekeeping seemed to neglect them. There was someone else's left-overs in the freezer. Disappointing stay Arrived at 3pm (checkin time) and found our room was not ready. There were 4 of us and one room was ready so we went to their room to wait for ours. (told 4pm) At 4:20 I went down to see if it was done as the lady at the front desk told me they would bring us our room keys at 4. They gave me the keys and she came down to see if it was clean. Disappointing location of hotel is good - many other hotels, restaurants, shopping, movie theaters, etc. close by. Hotel turned out to be very very basic... no one at front desk at 11pm, room was non-smoking but 3rd floor hallway smelled of smoke so bad it was nauseating, beds were basic old mattress & bedspread - not comfy pillow-top with down duvet.
