Given wrong type of room at check in. Sketchy people in the halls. AC barely got cold Bed was so uncomfortable

Be careful From check-in to departure (less than 11 hours) told us never to return to this chain again. The whole building smells of smoke. Booked a non-smoking room due to traveling with a child; non available upon arrival; little sympathy from front desk. Room was musty not the appearance of clean. At departure no front desk attendant just a sign ( this was 830a). Cheap yes but beware

Dont stay in room 120 I was put in room 120 which shares a wall with the utility closet. All I heard all night long was the elevator. When told of my sleepless night the manager offered nothing but a fake smile.

Not recommended The place is just shy of being a public crack house. The smell of cigarettes and weed was evident as you walked out of your room.

Smoke smell building I stayed in the Frederick MD location- The minute you walk in the front doors the smell of an ashtray fills the air! I booked a non smoking room yet the adjoining room was a smoking room! Duh smoke will still enter the room! I was placed in an accessible room on the first floor as this was the only room left a non smoking room and it wreaked with cigarette smoke! There was no room service and we had to take towels off maid cart. Rooms smelled horrible and seems there was a strong odor of cannibis.

Terrible I was very disappointed during my three day business stay at this hotel. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. I requested cups for water to drink in my room which they supply at the front desk. The cups were filthy and sticky. I was given soap to wash t them!! They do not have disposable cups in the rooms. I had to go to the front desk to get new linen; when I went to the desk, no one was there. There was a gentleman ahead of me who had been waiting for 10mins.
