Not recommended The place is just shy of being a public crack house. The smell of cigarettes and weed was evident as you walked out of your room.

Not again Smelled like smoke. No coffee, no shampoo. Did not seem clean

Smoke smell building I stayed in the Frederick MD location- The minute you walk in the front doors the smell of an ashtray fills the air! I booked a non smoking room yet the adjoining room was a smoking room! Duh smoke will still enter the room! I was placed in an accessible room on the first floor as this was the only room left a non smoking room and it wreaked with cigarette smoke! I tried to get a refund from Expedia and I would have lost $99 - so I suffered for 2 nights with severe allergies from the smell! The bathroom ... read more

There was no room service and we had to take towels off maid cart. Rooms smelled horrible and seems there was a strong odor of cannibis.

Terrible I was very disappointed during my three day business stay at this hotel. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. I requested cups for water to drink in my room which they supply at the front desk. The cups were filthy and sticky. I was given soap to wash t them!! They do not have disposable cups in the rooms. I had to go to the front desk to get new linen; when I went to the desk, no one was there. There was a gentleman ahead of me who had been waiting for 10mins. Low price, but you get what you pay for This hotel offers a good deal for the thrifty traveler. It is relatively quiet, and the kitchenette is a bonus, but the staff could use hospitality training. The hallways are littered, the breakfast nook was poorly stocked (coffee, muffins, granola bars, oatmeal packets). I had an issue and tried to bring it to the attention of management, but was immediately shut down. All attempts at resolution were met with hostility from staff. Quiet however basic items needed were unavailable. Hotel was quiet and peaceful. However there was no shampoo or conditioner available- hotel staff could not locate ANY in the hotel, stating "we're all out".
