Ho Hum Average to below average. As a business traveler this was a place to lay my head. Would not highly recommend and will not stay again.

Had refund 5 minutes after checking in. Room was very dirty. Make sure you check your room before you swipe your card. Put my trip back 200 dollars having to wait the standard 2-3 days for refund. Stay away if possible.

No eXtra mile Requested a recliner for my room because of recently broken ribs and couldn't sleep on bed. They have plenty of recliners but they refused to move one in to my room. I basically had to sleep in an office environment chair.

Not impressed. Even with no smoking sign on the entry our room smelled like a cigarette. We sleep with the window open all night.

My stay was not the best here. I booked the room for my wedding party so we could stay here together before the wedding. First, when we came, the hotel was having technical issues so the entire system was down for giving guests key access to rooms that they said would be fixed during our stay. Each time we had to access the room we needed a front desk person let us into the room, which was really inconvenient. Sex noises Lots of weird noises throughout the night. The room smelled like sleep smell.
Nightmare at the end of a very long day. Hotel itself was fine but they made a huge error on our reservation and tried to blame Expedia. We had paid in advance for a room with 2 beds as it was my husband , myself and our 2 sons ( 18 and 14 ). We get there later in the evening ( 9 pm ) and they only had a smoking room with 1 bed. unreliable Booked and paid in full a week in advance for a nonsmoking queen room and when I arrived no rooms except smoking available. Terrible experience, I expected to be compensated some how.
