The fire alarm continuously kept going off, this was very INCONVENIENT especially when you are in the SHOWER. This happened about 4 times to me and my mom. This was ridiculous especially because it was only happening in our room. I also was trying to get a hold of HOTELS.COM customer service to cancel, and I tried online at the HOTEL counter waiting for about 30 mins to get a hold of a REP and I never did. no breakfast No breakfast in the lobby. They advertise that they have morning breakfast in the hotel. They told me that it will be available till 9:30 AM. We went to the lobby at around 8:00 AM and there was nothing there. I asked later where is the breakfast, they told me that it was there in the morning but they have now run out of it .. Room not ready to check in on time. Check in was 3pm. Had a wedding to go to at 5pm. The front staff said my room won't be ready till near 4pm. I was very upset about this and had to change clothes in the parking lot. Finally the room was ready. I asked for some sort of discount or compensation. None was given. Again we booked this room because it was near a wedding thinking we can shower and freshen up prior and couldn't. Horrible experience

Dirty, Run Down Found that there workmanship was very poor. For the money you spend the holes in the doors and walls would be repaired instead of putting tape across them. The putty in the holes in the walls should be sanded and painted and cigarette burns in the cabinets and on the counters, just over experience was disappointing.. I will start staying at a different hotel chain from now on...

The bathroom was dirty the day I arrived. I asked for it to be cleaned and the staff informed me it would be cleaned the following day. When I left my room for the day I was expecting the bathroom to be cleaned up when I returned, it wasn't.

Never Again I stayed there for 3 nights in 3 different rooms every room that they put me in had a leaking toilet. The night staff told me to turn the water off and on when I needed to use the toilet I told her that's not my job and that she should get a maintenance person top fix it she said they don't have maintenance on the weekends

This hotel smell super bad plus no clean room I have worse experience. I check in 5:30pm. Once I got the room key I open the door room were never clean from previous stay. Got down stair told the front desk. She sign me to new room on 3rd floor when open the door that room weren't clean either. I got back down stair she was on the phone with customer. She do not know if there is any room clean or which one. Also she was using her cell phone every time I come to front desk. There is only one person on front desk. Looks like s... read more
