Homeless everywhere. No shampoo or hair dryer in room. Woke up with rashes on my arms and back.

It was very noisy since our room was by the freeway

1- they said there is breakfast, but there are only few muffins and coffe. 2- no room clean during stay 3- no cooking gear 4- Bad attitude at front desk Stay away from this hotel

Stinky Horrific smell of cat urine, curry and marijuana on the floor we stayed on.

Think Twice My room had cockroaches when I complained to the front desk he was unphased and did not offer me a different room My tv was old and had no clarity in the picture

They had no breakfast, they lied about free breakfast in their expedia description. There was no toilet paper. The building was smelling like mold, and room had horrible stale smell, bathroom had smoke smell despite claiming to be a non-smoking room.

We had a reservation for Friday night initially, but because of flight cancellation we couldn’t arrive till Saturday. We called Friday night to inform. When we arrived Saturday the room we reserved was NOT ready. They contacted us later to inform us it was ready. When we went to our room, it was not cleaned from last guest- bed unmade, food on counter, dirty towels. They gave us another room. This property didn’t have no pots or pans when they offered a kitchen, i went to buy food to cook because they offered a kitchen but they said they ran out of pots or pans, i should get a refund for this. I was not given the amenities i was waiting for and the whole reason why i booked this hotel but they didn’t have it.
