Not very dependable I booked online and had a confirmation that there was room but when I showed up to the hotel the representative said they were booked and call Expedia to redirect you.. and this was at 12am in the morning and they still charged my card
The staff when checking in was very friendly and helpful. The overall atmosphere was mediocre as the guests that walked in and out of the hotel were peculiar. The room was not well maintained by their staff as the trash in our room was not taken out prior to us checking in. The turning point of our stay was when we had found a cockroach roaming in our kitchen space. That was not okay.
The room was dirty. The refrigerator didn't work. Trash under the bed and behind dresser. Black streaks in bath sink.

Worst It was the worst I ever had will never go back!!!!
Poor service No daily room service, breakfast is terrible, staff were friendly
This hotel was noisy, the bed was hard, their was shampoo but no conditioner, the bedside stand had a light out and the maid never came. $149/nt ??
Don't Do It I booked a King NON SMOKING and got a Queen SMOCKING room, There was no soap shampoo, or cups. The carpet was dirty and the room smelled VERY BAD. The dead bolt to the door would not go through the plate on the door. Black MOLD on the lav in the bath room, the Fire sprinkler heads were taped over or masked off. The desk chair was heavily stained. The Grab and Go Breakfast is a laugh (why even offer it.). The desk operator on Wed night made more excuses for why I was stuck with the room.
