It was a bit older, had a funny smell, cell service was terrible (Verizon, not their fault). Breakfast is just a granola bar or muffin.

My experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the issues I encountered: No Breakfast: Despite booking a room that was supposed to include breakfast, there was no sign of it during my stay. Booked here for a one night stay. Very very basic room, smells old. The reception staff were friendly and checkin was smooth. Room definitely needs some upgrades. Everything is old and has stained.

Checked in and got into our hotel room which smelt like cigarettes. I informed the front desk and he told me there’s nothing they could do about it because the rooms were sold out and they don’t know how to prevent others from not smoking in the bathroom. He states the air ventilations in the bathrooms runs through the whole floor so that may be the reason why it smelt like cigarette. He could not change my room but gave me a can of air freshener. Rude receptionist who refused to look up my Hotel.com booking. Made me show it to her on my phone instead of using her computer. Told me reservations sometimes don’t go through, and I told her why don’t you look to see if it came through, instead made me show her my reservation on the app and never bothered to look anything up. Corridor smelled like chorizo and room smelled like pot smokers occupied it before me. Such a horrible hotel.
