crowded workers hotel, marginal sanitary condition We worked 2 weeks with a high tech company in Fremont, this hotel was the only option with the possibility of cooking own meals. Sanitary conditions were marginal. No cleaning gear for the toilet, no room service. On second day we found bed bugs in the sheets. We bought insecticide and sprayed around the bed. Cocha Roaches, room was not that clean.

I was a permanent customer for this location for almost last 2 years. i noticed lots of problems with this property and keep informing the front desk manager but in vain. Reason for going this location because it was close to my work but this time i decided never go back and do not recommend anybody to go there. This property has multiple issues with the equipments/electrical/plumbing items in your each room. Most of the time showers heads are so slow, sit there forever to get a shower. This property has multiple issues & problems in each room equipments. The staff & management is very lazy to resolve them.

Stay away It smelled like weed all over the hotel. Musty and dirty carpet. Narrow hallways, small elevators and no bare necessities in the room like a laundry bag, shampoo.. etc. Right next to freeway and a lot of noise.

Disappointing. The room has a different smell. We know we have to check out at 11am and we were ready to check out before the time but there was a staff knocking on oor door at 1020am before the check out time saying that we are already checked out. I think that was inappropriate. Never been into a hotel before an housekeeping personel knocking on your door before check out time telling us that we are already checked out. Never again will book to this hotel

Terrible and bed bugs When I first checked in it didn’t seem too bad but once i got to my room I noticed that it was not clean there was marks on the countertops but that was the least of it I went by the bed and there was wet stains all over the sheets so I had to go ask for new sheets when I was changing the sheets I noticed that there was a huge stain on the mattress as well as hairs everywhere unfortunately right now I could not get a refund and check out since I had already paid upfront and when I woke up the next morni... read more
