The first room was roach infested! They moved us to another roach infested room. We could not get a refund without contacting hotels.com after an hour of talking to them i finally got them to refund the nights payment.

-The night clerk Monique that checked us in was super accommodating greating us the handicap room I reserved but was not available so she gave us another. Completely setup for the needs I requested. Thank you Monique... 👍 room

After driving 5 hours to get to the hotel because of traffic, we got to the hotel around 12:20am. They were updating their ipads and couldn't check us in even though I had called to say we were going to be late. We couldn't get into the room until around 1:15am. It seems like they could have already checked us in and gave us our keys since we had already paid for the room when we got there. Didn't even stay the night , checked in around 10/11pm and left to a different hotel . It was dirty , sheets were used, bed was not made it was gross
