They were a bit short staffed but room was clean and we did not have any other issues. For extended stay, you have to request pans, glasses and china if needed the room. We now know this.

Hotel from Hell It was terrifying! When checking in the room given 203 had no air conditioning in Fresno 100 degrees heat. I am a woman with noted physical medical conditions. Was moved to room 236 where two of the main lighting did not work. Then there was a fight not one but two where gun play was involved and police. It was loud and disturbing and frightening for myself and family. The worse experience I ever had. Got a real bad anxiety attack and had to go to emergency room.

In a nice area so you feel safe. Clean older looking hotel. Colors are dark and lighting is dim inside the room. But nice. Just older.
The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms were outdated and unclean at best. When we entered our first room, there were at least 7 dead cockroaches on the floor. I requested a different room. The new room had no evidence of bugs inside. The bathroom vent was filthy, and when my husband and I lay down to sleep we noted that the smoke detector was absent with wires hanging from the mount. 2nd time staying here. Great area close to shops. Check in had some system issues but didn’t mind since front desk attendant Monique was super friendly and courteous. Definitely great customer service. Will be staying here again

Decent This was a decent place to stay. The free breakfast was oatmeal, muffins, granola bars, tea and coffee.
