Property was very convenient and very quiet!! Did not hear people like other hotels we've stayed at in the past! Overall very pleased with our stay!!!
Basic motel room with somewhat noisy wall mounted air conditioner, kitchenette, and bathroom with basic towels, soap & shampoo. No plates, utensils, salt/pepper in kitchenette, so buy your own. IHOP next door easy to walk to.

The bed was dirty and stained, our bathroom sink was clogged and the kitchen trash wasn’t dumped from guests before us

Encountered a few homeless on the property and a lot of dog feces in the flower beds. Watch where you step! Also beware of Rm 219 as we were directly above the hotel laundry room. This operation runs 24/7 and when starts either washer or dryer it makes the floor in the Rm vibrate. Very very annoying
Our room was filthy and smelled like weed!! We asked for a refund and ended finding another hotel to stay in. Really disappointing!!
The room was dated, old appliances and popcorn ceiling. The pillows were dirty upon check in. It was late and the lobby was closed. Luckily we were seen and they let us check in. There were very large roaches in our room. We had a downstairs corner room near the street it was loud and we could hear everything cars, kids, walking .
