The room was clean, with appropriate hard (smooth) flooring for its pet friendly status. The clerk on duty at check in was friendly, although she was not able to find my reservation under my actual name. I suppose we were lucky that a room was available, even though it was reserved on line, with a follow-up phone call to ensure that the dog would be accommodated. (That phone call was conducted with a gruff representative, who grumbled about the difficulty of working with "3rd party site" reservations, like Expedia, and was e... read more
I like the studio feel of these rooms. There is a small kitchen with a curved counter top, they give u dishes and pans, cups. mugs, and utensils, so it really gives it a "homey" feel. Nice spacious bathroom, updated interior. Only downside was that we were erroneously charged $250 for "smoking weed" without anyone even telling us anything. After calling and explaining we had NOT smoked weed in the room, we were refunded, but only $200. I like the location, very close to shopping, dining. I didn't like that I couldn't check in a little early. I didn't like the choices for the free mini breakfast and check in took too long

The staff their is what makes this hotel unique. Also the guest are always so cheerful and polite.

Small holes in walls.No kitchen supplies, utensils,dish soap, as listed in ad. Bedding didn't fit bed. Room controls, light over stove didn't work. Rooms obviously aren't cleaned well or checked since previous card key was found in drawer.
