Property overall was clean outside. When i checked in, my room was downgraded from my king room to a queen room because the hotel was overbooked somehow. The associate at the front counter waived the deposit that I would have gotten back at checkout anyway..... so she really did me no favors.. There were spiders inside the bathroom, and about a half roll of toilet paper. The ice trays in the fridge were dirty and the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke when i opened the door. I liked the location and the easy access to the shops and restaurants nearby.
Cockroaches everywhere! We saw 5 right outside our room, and 3 inside the room. Floors were filthy, no complementary toiletry items, pillows too small and flat, one of the lamps didn't work. Could hear neighbors upstairs all night and day. For anyone staying multiple nights, room does have a full sized fridge, sink, and 2 burner stove.
