The room they gave me at check-in was already occupied. Had to wait another 30mins for them to clean another room for me (at 630pm) after they had called me at 5pm to say my room was ready. No soap, shampoo in room, and only 1/4 roll of toilet paper. No one in office and office locked at 830am the next morning for check out, call box phone did not work. Ended up leaving the room key in the call box

Discussing. Poor housekeeping. The carpets are sticky and oily. Not clean at all. Random bar of soap laying on the counter in the kitchenette when we walked in, roaches in the drawer, dirty duvet looked like blood all over it. No shampoo or conditioner. Bathroom sink clogged. Microwave was filthy. Floor wasn’t swept at all in bathroom. The list could go on. I would never stay here again and would never recommend to anyone. Needs shut down honestly.

I stayed here for one night and there were bugs everywhere! Including in the bed. Everything looked dirty and the shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while! There were used wash cloths in the tub.
